Present Perfect vs Past Simple

El interruptor entre tiempo cerrado y tiempo abierto.

Son dos modos temporales diferentes como dos modos de ejecución: Present Perfect es un proceso ABIERTO (el tiempo sigue corriendo), Past Simple es un proceso CERRADO (el tiempo ya terminó). Es como la diferencia entre un servidor en producción y uno apagado.

Past Simple usa un timestamp específico: 'Ayer a las 3pm', 'El año pasado'. Present Perfect no tiene timestamp — se enfoca en el RESULTADO o la EXPERIENCIA, no en el cuándo.

Si puedes preguntar '¿Cuándo exactamente?', necesitas Past Simple. Si solo importa '¿Se hizo?', usa Present Perfect. Es como preguntar si un deploy fue exitoso vs. cuándo se hizo exactamente.
